I think we’ve all been there. You write your first e-book or get ready to sell your first teleseminar, when it is time for your e-book launch, you sit down and wait… and wait for the sales to roll in and, they don’t or may I say not like you hoped they would.
Then you wonder if there is any other thing you should have done differently to launch-a-product or to increase-sales or maybe there is something you’re missing with the new product introduction process that would have increase sales and give you the opportunity to make more money online.
Before we look into what was missing in your product launch process, let’s examine the product launch phases, to see if you actually cross all your “t” and dotted all your “i”.
There are 3 Phases to Product or Service Launch.
Phase 1 – Pre-Launch phase is where you build a list of prospective buyers in your target audience. In this phase you create and tweak your sales process until it is rock solid and you create a buzz for the product which will promote awareness.
Phase 2 – Launch-phase, “Launch Day”, is the day that all your influential partners will help to promote your product. To help increase sales, you put some kind of limit or deadline on your promotional offer – so that you can get as much sales as possible.
Phase 3 – Post-Launch phase has two different parts to it, first part is where you create an educational follow-up series with bonuses to prevent buyers’ remorse and reduce refund. The second part is to figure out how you will continue making more sales so that your site will not just have the launch spike and then die.
These phases are simple, yet complex in the sense that you need to follow the process in that order. Missing or not applying any phase properly may hinder the success of the product. The simple part is the fact that you know the steps to launch a product, the complex part is there are many stages to complete each phases which require the expertise and influence of other people – the more influential or successful those people are, the more successful each launch phase would be.
Now I would imagine you might be wondering to yourself that it can only work for people with big list and guru friends. What about me, how can I do it?, I’m just starting out.
I understand all that, and that is why I put together this article for you to educate you and help you discover the alternative solution to product-launch when you’re just starting out with …
** No big list,
** No guru friends,
** No super affiliates, and
** Cannot afford big tag product launches training.
The good news is… you can still have a great product-launch if you use the existing leverage of other people to launch your product.
So, how does this work?
The whole concept is quite simple; you use the existing leverage of other people to launch your product even if they are not your friends.
That is, if you don’t have a list, an affiliate program, a network of partners, a group of people who will help you launch your product, you can “piggyback” off someone who does in order to successfully launch your product. Make a person of influence your real partner and give them an offer they can’t refuse – you can use this to get your next product a better head start.
If these sounds like what was missing in your product launch, you could apply this piggyback quick and easy formula to obtain a successful product launch.
